Job title: Salesforce Developers

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand functional requirements and map to technical Salesforce modules. Should be able to communicate the same effectively to team members.
  • Should have very good technical problem solving skills.
  • Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same.
  • Should be able to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
  • Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project.

The key skills required are as follows:

  • Good experience in Salesforce.com Development environment( AJAX Toolkit, Apex API , Visual Force , Salesforce 1)
  • Should be strong in Apex, Visual force
  • Should have experience in integration (Force.com API) and Configuration
  • Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce.com certification is mandatory

Salesforce Project Manager

Job title: Project Manager

  • Manage the overall client relationship, have full command of the client business model, and demonstrate respect and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Cultivate and manage highly functional teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ensure operational success and execution by establishing and managing project governance and communication
  • Leverage a solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite in order to validate key design options and present proposal solutions to all stakeholders
  • Engage with customers on additional requirements and business needs and proactively define, scope and sell follow work
  • Act as an escalation point for risks and issues to the project team and client management; expedite resolution of issues through collaboration and executive engagement
  • Actively participate on client engagement steering committees
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of full lifecycle professional services implementation experience
  • 2+ years CRM, software and SaaS experience
  • Experience delivering large scale project implementations
  • Strong client management and executive level communication skills
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience scoping professional services engagements, writing proposals / SOW's
  • Proven risk management, issue resolution, and change control proficiency
  • One or more salesforce.com certifications
