  • Manage the overall client relationship, have full command of the client business model, and demonstrate respect and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Cultivate and manage highly functional teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ensure operational success and execution by establishing and managing project governance and communication
  • Leverage a solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite in order to validate key design options and present proposal solutions to all stakeholders
  • Engage with customers on additional requirements and business needs and proactively define, scope and sell follow work
  • Act as an escalation point for risks and issues to the project team and client management; expedite resolution of issues through collaboration and executive engagement

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of full lifecycle professional services implementation experience
  • 2+ years CRM, software and SaaS experience
  • Experience delivering large scale project implementations
  • Strong client management and executive level communication skills
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience scoping professional services engagements, writing proposals / SOW's
  • Proven risk management, issue resolution, and change control proficiency
  • One or more certifications
